Support the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen and lead the kitchen team
Coordinate mise-en-place, service and post-service operations
Contribute to menu creation and ensure accurate cost control
Plan and organize kitchen activities to ensure smooth service
Guarantee the quality, taste and presentation of all dishes
Train, coach and motivate kitchen staff
Manage ordering, stock control and deliveries in collaboration with Cost Control
Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety standards
Maintain efficient communication with the restaurant and other departments
